Stifling Defense, Three Goals Carries Army Hockey

Bryce Hollweg and Luke Flicek each had a goal and assist and a stifling defense held Connecticut to just 16 shots on goal as Army beat the Huskies, 3-1, Friday night in an Atlantic Hockey Association matchup at Tate Rink. Army scored more than two goals for the first time since Nov. 30 and limited Connecticut to two shots in the third period and three in the first period.
